Held at Hilltop Farm - 1616 Mapleton Ave., Rt. 159, Suffield, CT on Saturday, April 27, 2024, 9 am-3 pm. (Rain date is Sunday, April 28th.)

The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop, Inc., (FOFAH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. FOFAH reserves the right to deny participation in the tag sale by any and all vendors for any reason.

Monster Craft Show and Tag Sale Vendor Charges

 

  • 12’ X 12’ space(s) cost $30 per space.  ($35 starting April 14th) 

  • General description of items to be sold:

Vendor is required to provide tables, tents, chairs, staffing and supervision. Set up will start at 7AM, all vehicles must be removed from sale area to designated parking area between 8:30AM and 3PM.

I have read this form in its entirety and agree to abide by the requirements as specified by FOFAH.
